The hearing itinerant program provides support to SASED students who are deaf or hard of hearing and attend their home schools or other SASED programs. The hearing itinerant teachers work closely with the audiologists and home district’s staff to provide support for students’ with hearing impairments.  They service students from preschool through high school.  The service may be direct, consultative, or both and is determined by the IEP.
