Visually Impaired
The SASED Visually Impaired Program serves students who are blind/visually impaired from the 92 member school districts of DuPage/West Cook Regional Association. A full continuum of programming is available from Early Childhood through Transition for those students who are in need of an intensive and /or specialized instruction due to their visual impairment.

Eligibility
Students are determined to be eligible for the SASED Visually Impaired Program through the IEP process in their home districts. SASED programs are just one option in the continuum of supports, services and placements available to meet a student’s needs.
